George Washington, and excellent man and mason.
As well as Abraham Lincoln, whose quotes should be taught in all schools, and whom also would have made a good mason had he lived

AV, a mostly respectable list but Robert Byrd? I guess you have your reasons, mybe for entertainment or something. You might as awell add Fritz
Hollings too.
Mine would have to be;
Old Hickory, Andrew Jackson for his stance against a national bank and for opening the Whitehouse to the public.
Thomas Jefferson for getting fed up with trying to stay neutral while our trade ships were being attacked and armed them.
JFK for knowing that tax cuts spur economic growth and shows of strength like in Cuba get more results than appeasment any day.
All the founding fathers who had more to lose than anybody but felt liberty was worth risking it.
Ronald Reagan for knowing enough to see what JFK had already proven.
Henry Clay and Aaron Burr for knowing how to really settle an argument.

Everyone give Astrocreep a round of applause, he figured me out. Yes my vote for Robert Byrd does seem a little out of place doesn't it???? Well like
Astro said, "I probably had my reasons." Well I am glad you pointed that out.
The reason I chose Robert Bryd is because I know he has a strong heart, and a selfish principal of politic. The reason I regard him as a good
political leader is because he doesn't allow the bandwagon movements to get in his way. Robert Byrd is a man of great strength of mind, although he
may be lacking heart, as Astrocreep has plainly pointed out. Astro must know me well because Robert Bryd is a great form of entertainment for me.
Everytime I watch some of the Senate I anxiously await for Byrd's arrival.
Robert is a true crusader and I praise him for that. Out of all the people in this world, at least Byrd knows what he wants. Many others on the floor
are simply being controlled by strings. Robert may be just another puppet of the Elitists, but from what I have heard he is in control of many. He
isn't controlled, for is a controller himself. This is the other side of Bryd, his Satanic side. He can't help it. He needs more heart. He needs to
find God.
The reason you voted for Jefferson is the very same reason I voted for him. Real men have heart and real men will fight. Only fools would allow the
undertakers to take. Jefferson knew this, and lived by it. We must praise him for his intent and his service.
Now as for Andrew Jackson. Well I must ask Astrocreep the same thing he asked me, "Why him?" Why Andrew Jackson???? Well I had actually thought
about putting down Jackson even though I hate the man he was. The only reason I thought about voting for him is because I thought that his gesture to
open the White House to the public was noble and honest, other than that the man is a pig. He should be defaced and deposed. He is a disgrace to
mankind, he is a murderer, and a madman. (Then again so is Robert Byrd)
By the way I even thought about putting down Burr too because of his insistency and his zeal, but I had trouble associationg anything else held within
him as good or decent so I left him out. I know very little about Burr. And in the world is Fritz Hollings??????
Thank you for your response Astro, I like it when people pay attention.

Alright, I'll put my 2 cents in.
George Washington : He had the opprotunity to be King of the U.S. but loved liberty too much to take it.
Thomas Jefferson : Because his political ideals were to be the bedrock of the U.S.
John Adams : Same as above.
Abe Lincoln : This requires no explaination.
Salmon P. Chase : Without his and Charles Sumner's passion about doing the right thing the Lincoln's Republican party would never have been
born.
FDR : For yanking the country out of a depression and forcing us to abandon isolationism in favor if helping Europe beat back Hitler.
Churchill : For those gigantic cigars.. ok.. maybe because he stood up to Hitler and helped save England.
I like Abe's pick of Robert Byrd as well. He really does not follow bandwagon politics and is a wonderful orator.
That's it for now.. I may add more later.

AV, I just though it strange that you listed Senator Byrd in with likes of Martin Luther King,Jr. because of his hatred for African Americans and his
use of terms which I find distasteful. Growing up in rural East KY, the only TV channel we got was out of WVA so I've heard more about Robert Byrd
than about my own states senators. I find that we slightly disagree on his independent nature and his tactics for a huge government. But no problem
at least there's a couple of us that know who he is although since his utterance of "N" word, I don't think has been taken seriously by a lot of
members of his own party.
As for Old Hickory, I've read his bio and studied about him in depth as I spent a couple years as a history major and I know he's a bit off the cuff
but as you like Byrd for it, I like him for it. He knew a centralized bank would set the stage for a socialist attempt to take over the country much
like Jefferson did as well. But in the early 1900s it was born anyway and the CFR was formed not long after , sort of a bastard step child to it.
Now we have everybody looking wildly toward the NWO which all our great political leaders forsaw and fought against. But, I am paying attention and
thanks for your comments.

You do understand that Jackson is a murderer don't you??? Jackson is the only President to commit genocide upon his own people. (In America that is)
So why give him any credit???? Yeah his other intentions may have been good, but they are all over done by the genocide. Is it not???

AV, well you got me on that one. Wasn't aware of any genocide but I don't claim to know everything. I just though he took some old KY and TN boys
down to NewOrleans and kicked some major ass. Nevertheless, I sure like seeing him turn up in my wallet at the end of the week.

Technically the Civil War was not a genocide. A genocide indicates that there was an intent to get rid of all of a particular race or ethnicity. The
Civil War, in all its horror, was only that, horrible. It was not a genocode. I don't know diddly about the Jackson Admin so I won't even venture
an opinion on that.

No you are wrong. No one tried to annihilate the opposition. The North and the South were at dispute with one another, no one wanted the enemy to be
destroyed. The South just wanted to be left alone, the North just wanted unity. There was no intended genocide, unlike there was on Jackson's part.
By the way, I didn't try anything other than tell the truth. I have made no false accusations here. The only thing that is false is ADVISOR attempt
to discredit me.
