Do I Need To Be Registered ?

Im thinking of making a website that creates webpages, but i dont know whether i need to be a registered company or not. All i want to do is give them my prices and they can email me the specs. So im hoping one of you guys can help me out?

Well, in the USA there is a little thing called taxes.

Registering a for a business licence is all of about $20 though.

Lol i know all about taxes, its just that ive heard that you can earn upto £4000 without paying taxes if your under 19. Well something like that.
