Well these are just some manga I've drawn...they're not my creations...I've just "tried" to draw them. Oh well...and yeah most of them haven't
come out right...I'm pretty crap in these haha.

You have a good eye for it. My advice would be to try sketching a bit more, vs. committing to a line. That way, when you get the right line, you can
THEN emphasize it more, and get the right proportions...
Like everything, its just practice, practice, practice...
I'd also recommend drawing objects around the house...really helps hone your hand-eye relationship with drawing, and allows you to see how shadowing
works, etc.
I used to hate doing those in art school, but I certainly see the value of it now....
