What's Your Wishlist Of Actors And Characters For Marvels Avengers Movie?

Well I didn't see anything here on BTS about the people/fans opinion on what characters they hope to see in Marvels Avengers movie, or the actors they wish to see in what roles. So lets start with the obvious characters that will most likely be in it along with who we know is playing the role and who we want in other roles.

Obvious Characters:

Ironman - Robert Downey Jr
Nick Fury - Samuel L Jackson
Thor - Chris Hemsworth
Black Widow - Scarlett Johansson

I would say Ed Norton for Bruce Banner but all reports seem to indicate that that aint lookin too good.

Now my picks for the rest of the team as well as the actors to play them (I will try to post pics of my choices):

Henry Pym - Eric Szmanda



Wasp - Amanda Bynes



Captain America - Jensen Ackles or Matt Damon (Sorry for the double choice here but Damon would add more star power to the cast, to say nothing of his ability to pull off awesome fight scenes. Add to that the incredible physique he is sporting in his recent film Invictus, he could be Cap easily. Ackles could pull it off I think, but he would be my 2nd choice for now.)




Ok there it is. My starting line up for the Avengers movie. I could easily add more characters and actors but I would like to get other peoples opinions and pics before I continue. Enjoy And I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.

I like your choice for pym, and I surprise myself in saying I could deffinately see jenson as captain america

As for bruce, ed was a little more convincing than eric, but still didn't totally convince me, so I don't mind a different casting in his case.

How about owen wilson as thor? :lolonly joking)

Malin akerman would be a good wasp or black widow imo, she was great as ms jupiter in watchmen, not so sure on scarlett, not really a fan.

Sam is a perfect choice for Nick though

I hear ya on Scarlett Johansson. I never really heard of her before they announced she would be playing the Black Widow in IM2. And if you aint sen her in costume check the pic below. She looks great in the Widow outfit IMHO.
