I has banned Permanently from forums.titansgo.net for more than 6 months since I has create too much nonsensical posts, I want to return to that forum since there still lot of things that I want to post on that forum, how to get out from the forums.titansgo.net ban?

What do you hope to get from posting that here???

Everytime I try to emailing those sites admins, my emails Failed to reach them.

Well, why don't you try creating another email.

Use your new email to contact the admins.

That way they must open it to see it's from you.

You might also try a proxy incase they have your ip address banned.

How to try proxy incase?

I has done a mistake that makes me suffer IP ban: Creating clone account for bypass my ban.

Here is a page of proxies to use.

www.google.com...

What you do is call up the proxy and from in "it's" box type the name of the site.

You can then create a new account and continue on...probably......

Some sites don't allow proxies for just such a reason.

Try it (NOT EVER ON ATS) on your site and see what happens.

In your opening post, you noted that you were banned PERMANENTLY from the forum site you mentioned. I am not certain what you might have doneto have caused a "banning" but most sites don't take banning members lightly.I know that ATS takes this action very seriously and it is not one that is taken without deliberation. Furthermore, "permanent" typically means "forever" so you might consider the actions that resulted in these consequences. Resolve to consider the actions you might take in the future.
