I read that yesterday at the freep.com Poor dog! It's been windy as heck here the past few days. It was 85 degrees yesterday, and cold as crap here today and still windy.

Glad the little dog was found ok.

I think they shoul rename the dog,

Chihuahua blows away in 70-mph winds

Tinker Bell, an 8-month-old Chihuahua owned by Dorothy and Lavern Utley, was picked up and blown away by 70-mph winds
