Has anyone heard from jpm1602?

I wonder what happened to Benevolent Heretic. Avatar gone, all friends deleted, all comments in profile deleted. I liked BH, a great poster and writer, long term member with almost 13.000 posts (!).

But now she suddenly has packed up and left...

It just makes me wonder. I hope she is all right.

BH is amazing and is a legend around these parts.

If she decided to leave ATS it will be a huge loss for all of us.

Benevolent Heretic has gone? No!! Damn, I hope she's ok. What would make her do that, I wonder. Will be watching this thread for her and others...I miss LL too, very much.

Doesn't Benevolent Heretic have a partner who's a member of ATS? Can anyone remember his user name?

I just sent a message to lucid lunacy on his My Space.

I told him we were concerned as we had not heard from him and hope he is doing well.

I asked for a reply and hoped he would get back to me soon. As` soon as I get a a response I will cut and paste to this thread.

OK this is what I've found so far. Maybe someone he trusts can go to his site and check him out.

If no one feels comfortable with that I will contact him.

From reading his profile he sounds like if he is not one of us he should be.

That myspace picture looks a lot like what I remember his avatar picture to look like. I could be wrong though but if I am not perhaps he wishes to remain hidden?

The birthday on the profile you found matches. July 20th 1982 would make him a Cancer and 26yrs old - as listed in Myspace.

In that case...Oops! Sincere apologies everyone...including the real LL

About Lucid Lunacy: I sent a message to a Lucid Lunacy on Myspace back in December when "our" LL disappeared. The LL I located on Myspace was about the right age, Californian, male, but the photos of him were all in goth clothing and makeup, which I didn't associate with the Lucid Lunacy here.

Anyway, I got a reply from the guy, who said he wasn't who I was looking for, but that he thought he knew that person's Myspace name and that he'd pass along a message that people from ATS were looking for him. I never heard back

It's really sad and disturbing when people you've come to enjoy talking to just disappear and you're left with no way to get in touch

edit to add: yes, dizzie dame, that looks like "our" Lucid Lunacy. Since no one else in this thread mentions having contacted him, I just messaged him through Myspace. He's been online in the past day, so hopefully I'll hear back

On the other hand, while I still haven't heard from the guy at Myspace who seems to maybe be our Lucid Lunacy, my message to him was read. And judging by his profile, he's doing okay. So I think most likely he just needed to take a break from ATS and doesn't particularly want to be found, so I'm leaving it at that

Badge01 hasn't been here since February 19th.

Does anyone know what happened to him?

I'd like to think they're all in an internet cafe somewhere laughing at us and saying 'now they're sorry.'

I noticed that Badge had been missing for a while, as he was quite a prolific poster, and I really enjoyed reading his posts, so I contacted a Mod to ask. Apparently he's made the decision not to come back. I don't know why, but at least we know he's ok.


Tis a shame....my buddy Badge...I miss him. I don't like this thread either, but at least we know that some of them are ok. And if they all have sock puppets and are reading this secretly...GUYS!! We miss you...please come back!
