Very Healthy Chocolate Flax Muffin!!

I have been working on this and some other flavors for awhile. This last one was perfect and huge!!! Ive made banna and blueberry versions also.
Takes 5 min to make.


165 Calories
24 Grams of Fiber!!!!!
10 grams of Polyunsaturate Fat (The good stuff all from the Flax)
15 grams of protien
5300 mg of Omega 3 Oils
Small amounts of sodium from the chocolate

I added a tbsp of chopped almonds that I did not include in the above nutrition. MMMM it was so good

I cannot think of a more healthy food
