I had my last smoke on October 27th last year. I had to quit due to ill health, and I have (so far) managed to keep it up. I have smoked heavily for
over 25 years.
I am glad I've quit.
However, I started eating and drinking in excess. I have gained 30+ pounds and my wife informed me that I drink too much. (If I told you how many
bottles of red I've drunk this year, you would not believe me, honestly it is a scary number)
Anyway, my point was to watch out for the other things that you may be replacing smokes with.
But, not smoking feels great. Really great.

I'm with you, guys.

Congratulations Kayem!
Its awesome that you were able to quit smoking.
I used to smoke when I first started college, but I quit and its one of the best desicions I've made.
