Co-author of "100 Things to Do Before You Die" Dies

Topic started on 26-8-2008 @ 08:01 AM by trek315

How very sadly ironic is this.

news.yahoo.com...

The man was only 47 and died at home. However, it is reported that he was able to see roughly half the places about which he wrote and that, between the two authors, they had seen just about every place mentioned in the book.

Considering how young he was, his death is certainly a tribute to the idea of living life to the fullest. It reminds us that we never really know how much time we have. Sometimes we take for granted the things and people in our lives (me included) when really we should be treasuring each experience. individual, and moment.

I think everyone should have a bucket list, and do it!
Life is what happens, while you're busy making your excuses...another day another casualty...I guess it's up to me...
SIMPLE PLAN

Hopefully he completed all 100 things and his passing was quick and peaceful. Thanks to his book, I am confident that he gave more than he got.
