OK guys, a little insight here..
Jedi..NO WAY!
TKain...I have a habit of shortening names or making them sound cutsie...How can I do that?
Rush, great suggestion, but we had a hamster with that name a few years back, and it's our policy to never use the same names.
I have another male cat, all black, yellow eyes, who is named Jinx. I love names that are mysterious, mystical, magical...get the idea?
I'm kinda leaning towards naming him Voodoo...or LOBO because his color reminds me of a black wolf.

Every black kitten I've ever rescued always got the same name - "Mouse".
Such a sweet little bundle of fur and claws! Hope the right name comes through for ya!

My family has always had the tradition of naming our pets after their personality. My last two cats had two very different personalities, so it was
easy to name them. Noodles, who would turn to mush in a persons hands, and Moustique, (french for mosquito) who was very active and slightly annoying.
If you like mystical names, however, why not name him after a god, like Loki or Zeus or Kami?
side note - cats respond better to those names with a higher-pitched sound in it, like "ee" or "ai", especially at the end.
