Yeah, I don't get any saturated fats, but I do get a lot of Omega 3, flaxseed has a lot of that in it and I bought a lot of flax seed.

I guess I'll have to research on the fruits and vegitables I'm eating, thanks.

You may not intake many saturated fats but because you're probably eating too many carbs, you're body converts those excess carbs to saturated fat and stores it for later use. I would suggest eating a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet.
