What are ways to boost testosterone naturally?
Or some basic supplements?
Does working out and lots of exersise actually stimulate testosterone formation?

Hmm, I see anonymous comments which are barely literate, and not well supported by peer-reviewed studies have, no doubt, completely and utterly
answered your question.
May I ask if you have you seen an MD and had a Test level done?
If so, how low. If not, why boost?

Most likely if he had done that and the results came back low the doc would have offered suggestions.
Op why do you want to raise it? Sex drive? Muscle mass? Aggression level?

So, I'm not "allowed" to ask him a question and you are?
Best not to give advice on changing hormones without MD consultation, istm.

Are you implying that you know how to do any of those things or are you just asking due to prurient interest?
Just curious.

Unfortunately I am not in a position to tell you what you are "allowed" to say, otherwise I would tell you that snipey comments directed at other
posters for no apparent reason (such as the one you posted to anon) were not allowed. : )
As far as why I asked what he was trying to achieve, upping testosterone in general will affect a lot of things. If the op has one specific goal in
mind perhaps he can address that goal specifically without the range of other side affects.

I need it for agression and sex drive.
I seem to find my way into fights and cant get po'ed enough to win.
And I love having an insane sex drive. So I figured a little more testosterone would help.

Zinc. It produces an enzyme that converts estrogen; that little girl in your left ear saying "no don't kick him in the balls, fighting is bad",
into testosterone; that little devil in the other ear saying "go for the kill, straight for the jugular."
Do you get adequate sleep?
What does your diet consist of?
How often to you eat throughout the day?
Do you drink alcohol?
Do you exercise? If so, how? (resistance, endurance)
What is your body fat percentage?
How often do you have sex?
How old are you?
There are lots of factors involved here.
Answer those questions and I'm sure a few of us can help us, help you!

Hmmm...not sure if testosterone will help with the fights. Might get you in more, but it also makes one take extra risks. If won't necessarily make
you a better fighter, experience and strength factor in heavily, but it might have you getting your ass kicked more.
Now for sex drive, I think far too many men overlook the little blue pill. It works and it works on demand. If I were a guy I would keep a stash on
hand (well except 18 year old guys, they really don't need them).

One thing you might wanna try is not getting into fights, you can live quite a nice peacful life that way. I'm an advocator of peace, it's one of
the central cores of my religion, if you love and respect others even though they may not deserve it, it can really change your life around, you can
find peace.
As for sex, well, I'm a virgin, don't really care to have sex till I'm married, I'm just not a very sexual person in general. Are ya having a hard
time getting... hard? I mean when it comes to sex, maybe you just don't care about it anymore. Honestly I have no idea, I'm not you and can't
determine what it is that's making you have these problems.
That's the best I could do, sorry, I know it's not much.

Hmm... Well personally I've never really had a problem with getting into fights (fist fights that is) with people, everyone thought I was a good
friend to have and I had over 100 friends at one time. I avoid fights as much as possible, I try to hang out with like minded individuals. Maybe
that's the problem, maybe you're hanging out wit the wrong crowd? Also, maybe the stress from all this fighting and stuff is depleting your sex
drive? Just a thought.
Stress can have drastic effects on your body, make you gain wieght, cause heart problems ect., ect., now as for your sex drive, maybe this stress is
effecting it too, have you had a higher than usual level of stress lately?

OK here is the best way to do it. go to 24 hour fitness and work out alot.
and drink alot of water. I havent worked out in months, but if you smoke cigarettes it will also supress your testosteron boost.

your weight and physical strength will be what wins a fight, also your endurance. I curl 90lbs and can decline press more than anyone at the gym on
the machine. I have been ablet to put five or six 45lb weights on each side. but i cant hit for nothing, i could probably choke someone to death
though.
also testosterone is perfectly natural and i seriously doubt it will get you in fights, it will make you wonder what is wrong with people. if you work
out before you go to work you will be alot more succesfull. it will also help you break down nutrients better.

check and see if you have a hernia, if you do and get it repaired your sex drive will boost dramatically. drink coffee and watch porn and listen to
techno and you will feel like a player.
dont listen to irritating rap music either, stick with cool tunes it will keep you hydrated.

What means 'snipey'? My comments are completely allowable. I questioned the advice and made no comments directed at the poster themselves. Giving
medical advice without apparent knowledge, citing folk remedies without peer-reviewed research is non-productive. (there is one poorly devised study
that seems to show a small increase in hormone using an herb, in mice).
I would respectfully suggest your comment is in error - there is apparent reason to doubt the factual basis for the anonymousATS account's reply and
-advice-. However, I simply posed a theoretical and attacked nobody - I obliquely questioned the judgment and educational qualifications which may
have been absent in one giving a medical opinion without facts. Thanks for your comments, though.

Thanks. I didn't see this in your first reply, but appreciate your clarification, and your point is well-taken.
There is not a good reason to try and 'boost' testosterone in the absence of a medical consultation and a without having a laboratory test of one's
current testosterone levels. Indeed, there may be ample reason to have such a test run due to the possibility that a true low testosterone level could
mean the presence of a pituitary tumor. This is rare, but worth checking or ruling out.
Good luck to the OP.

Testosterone is closely linked to aggression. Period. It may be "natural" but higher testosterone does affect behavior.
I am female and I have thought about taking it as an edge at work, I am in sales and would love to have the harder, push until you win attitude that
many of the males have. But I realize the side-effects and risks would be too great, plus while docs can prescribe it, it would be too risky to try to
buy something of that nature online without a script.
