Okay, I was watching a movie the other day, and the actor David Rasche who played Sledge Hammer was in a movie, and I remembered the television show, so I thought I'd see who on ATS might remember this hilarious show.

Sledge Hammer is kind of like Police Academy's character Tackleberry, combined with Dirty Harry, and it was a hilarious show while it was on.

I remember the series finale where Sledge Hammer destroyed the city. They were trying to egg the network into renewing the show. It was a wild show, and very funny. Its fate was sealed the moment it debuted.

I wish the show would come back on, for re-runs on Nick at Night or some other channel that shows old TV.
