A dream is a vision right? Can you change a vision in your dream by your will power to make some vision from a dream happen in real life? Just wondering what your thoughts are on this!

From experience, you can exert your will into/onto a dream and manipulate the direction of a dream, but that begins to change what it is in normal definition. You could then take what you learn in this manipulated dream and use it in real life. There is also what is referred to as the "Astral Body" which may be able to affect the physical plane if you have sufficient power/discipline(I have not). Maybe once I had but it was more of a one time occurence. However, I believe everyone has had at least one OOB. Whether they remember is a different subject. Generally, the degree to which a person has disciplined themselves will determine the gift or extent of power they can exert. You will probably not be given more than you can handle in your present existence.
