Back in 1988 i worked with a lovely sweet girl named Sue.she was always saying i would get along with her friends and she really wanted me to hang out with her outside of work. On Valentines Day 1988 i did cuz her bf was living in Australia ( they met on a tour of Europe ) and i figured i would keep her busy and meet her for drinks. One of her friends at the bar, sat on my pocketbook. He never hit on me once .. so i stood by him as all the other male friends eyed the new meat in the group. I ended up marrying that man who squished my purse and fell into a wonderful grp of friends. This was 20 yrs ago.. ya with me so far??

Sue came in from Australia ( she married her bf from 88 and moved down under) and wanted to do a girls trip. I was included in this grp. A little hesitant as whenever they are all together, they tend to take the same stroll down a lane full of memories i have never driven down yet I can recite verbatim. But i smile, laugh and listen.. repeatedly.

There's your background * J slaps Rush to bring her to consciousness and puts the smelling salts under Orange Lights nose*

at some point in the trip you KNOW with 9 girls.. something is BOUND to happen. well 3 girls really upset the rest of the grp by pretty much being rude and abrupt with the rest of us. I said something on wed to one of them ( i found out later the other 5 had as well ) and omg she blew up at me SOOO Loud that security was called to the pool area . Who was * i * to say anything when she has known the others since 4th grade..

HUH???? After 20 years i cannot express how * i * feel??

I ended up learning that the cliques you see in your 20's and fear are the ones you will vacation with in your 40s and move on from.

That is no way to do Vegas. She should have just stayed home. GRRRRRR! Well, I hope that you still had some fun. You were definitely missed. I started to wonder if you were ever coming back! We'll have a meet-up there someday and show ya a really good time.....bunch of drunk and happy girls shooting the (*&! with the Area 51 camo hunks. We'd cross the no cross line and convince the camos that they moved it for us. Yep, resourceful aren't we?

I am drinking guinness this afternoon.
I cant tell if I have a buzz yet because I had to take some DayQuil which made me pretty delirious... more-so than the NyQuil I took last night.. how the hell does that make ANY sense??
