go to the store and get about 1 pound of Habenero Peppers, vinegar, some rubber gloves and a spray bottle.
With the rubber gloves on, smash the living crap out of the peppers in a bowel. Make sure you get all kinds of juice out of them.
Take your pepper guts and put them in the spray bottle and fill the bottle up about halfway with the vinegar.
Shake well.
Now take a new roll of Toilet Paper and spray the contents of the bottle all over it. just soak the thing.
Allow it to dry completely, then place it on the TP holder in his bathroom.

This is the most painful thing you can do to a person legally. 1000 times worse than icy hot. Chances are he will be burning for hours. If he starts
to cry, fill up the tub with cold water and dump in some ice. Have him sit there for a while. Just be carefull if he has a girlfriend that uses that
restroom. She could be really pissed.
What makes this great is the fact that if he uses the tp to blow his nose it will get him just as bad.
I cannot stress the importance of the rubber gloves enough. I pulled this prank once and even though I washed my hands, My
was burning after
I came out of the rest room. SO BAD!!
