Dear friends . . . defend the faith that God has entrusted once for all time to his holy people. -Jude 1:3 (NLT)
It's sad, it's unenviable, it's challenging, but it's necessary. It's what we're called to do whenever the truths concerning our faith come
under attack. It's what Jude is writing about here. It's defending the faith.

This thread somehow went from a laugher about a provacatively dressed doll to "Christians are morons for speaking out about it." A sign of the
times, I guess.

Oh dear, oh dear. What is truly disturbing about this thread is that a Barbie doll harmlessly dressed in leather has attracted over 60 replies!
I wouldn't necessarily say that Christians are 'morons' for complaining about that particular Barbie doll but I would say that it is ill judged for
any Christian to make an issue out of it. Surely, if you do believe in all the quotes you have made from the Bible, Icarus Rising, that you, and other
Christians have bigger fish to fry?
If anyone, Christian or not, really cares about the state of the world I suggest they focus less on how a Barbie doll is dressed and more on Darfur,
Burma, Tibet, Israel, Iran …
