Wimbeldon Final: Nadal - Federer

Going on right now. Just starting the fifth set.

All I can say is wow. Isn't this the premier rivalry in sports today? Every time they meet it's a classic (except maybe the French earlier this year.)

This is just a great back and forth match. Is anyone else watching it? I am cheering for Federer, who just won the fourth set tie break.

This match reminds me of the Borg-McEnroe final back in 1980.

So, Nadal won in a fifth set tiebreak 9-7, barely fending off a Federer comeback from two sets down. McEnroe said it was the best match he had ever seen.

Nadal stops Federer from winning his sixth straight Wimbledon, and becomes the first player to win back to back French Open and Wimbledon titles since Borg in 1980.
