it means....... well, i dunno what it means, but i do know this:

in the occasion of battle to the death, i nominate myself as offical watcher-guy. Also, weapons that are illegal for ats battle:

recordings of ben stien's voice, raw fish, nuclear fusion triggers, anything with the letter 'q' in it, and cardboard cutouts of non-alcoholic beverages.
