I should point out, we had 5 different flavors of cake...
(various layers, etc.)
I think they were
1. Golden Amaretto, with Chocolate Creme
2. Chocolate with Strawberry Mousse
3. White with Raspberry Mousse
4. Yellow with White Chocolate Mousse
5. Chocolate with Chocolate Mousse
No cheesecake though, as I had to drive almost two hours to bring it to the site....and it would have to sit out for a bit...(plus, cheesecake isn't
the best for tall cakes)...
