A 2'' thick porter house charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside. Just some salt and pepper before grilling and no freakin steak sauce ever.

Oh, and leave the fat on it too.

Mm......Well I just recently gave up Red Meat...

But when I ate it, I liked it Medium Rare. Seasoned with Salt & Pepper, Seared, then served with a Red Wine Demi-glaze. Seriously AMAZING. Oooh add in some Green or Pink peppercorns to the sauce for some extra kick. Good Stuff.
