Yeah I loved those last moments, it made up for watching no goals for such a long time.

Unbelievable.
Yeah that's why it's sometimes fun to support the one people think will lose haha.

I'm just not sure that russia have that kind of gamein them again, plus the spanish are a much more technical side than the dutch, and won't get
caught out at the back as easily - at least I don't think so.
If it's a spain-germany final, my points are safe but that's still a fairly big IF.

Well obviously, I'm tipping germany to win tonight, ut I don't think it'll be as easy as people think.
The turks and the germans have a lot of history between them and germany has quite a large turkish population, so I expect the turks to be wellup for
it
That said. germany SHOULD have too much for them - especially as the turks have so many players out injured or suspended.
3-1 to germany

After listening to the 1st half (can't see it because I'm at work) I can only think.. Wow!!! Must be a beautiful attacking game. And Turkey has
really surprised me that they are attacking so much and that they have scored first.
Turkey outshot Germany 15-3 in the first half!!! 9 shots on goal, while Germany only had 1. Well if Germany wants to win this, they'll have to
step up their game bigtime.

That was so sad, Turkey deserved to win in my opinion. That is what I call football, great game!! I really enjoyed that game, except for the storm
problems with the feed.

I disagree. Turkey didn't deserve to win.
The play was pretty even throughout the game. Turkey played well and almost got it into extra time. But, Lehman did not play well in the German goal
and arguably should have stopped both Turkey goals. And, Germany didn't get the call on a penalty that all the announcers agreed was in the box and
should have been a penalty.
Both Schweinsteiger's goal and Lahm's winning goal were excellent goals. Even Klose's header was no chance for the Turkish goalie.

Most of those shots were weak and no trouble, even for Lehman, who did not have a good game.

It's tough being right all the time
So my 2 picks are in the final - I can't lose
Great game played by spain, and I really hope they can carry that form into the final.
I think they are technically better than germany, but will have to cope with the hard running and closing down of the germans.
I'm hoping the final will be a triumph of skill over endeavour.
Spain is my pick for the final, but I have to admit that's my heart rather than my head.

Well.. We'll see who wins in the final. I think it will be a great one.
Like you said. Spain is more technical than Germany, but Germany is more experienced in big international games.

Congratulations Budski!
I have just recovered from the shock that Holland lost their match last Saturday. Although, very much deserved, I didn't expect Holland to play this
crappy. That Russia played very well should be said too.
Spain - Germany is gonna be a great final. I hope Spain will win the tournament, but my feeling says it will be Germany.

you know as they say:
“Soccer is a game for 22 people that run around, play the ball, and one referee who makes a slew of mistakes, and in the end Germany always
wins”.

Never heard about the Ballack injury. What's wrong with him?
Go Germany! They can win without him.
edit: Ballack's in. Doesn't look like he's hurting.
