uploading a new avatar, HELP

i have tried to upload a new avatar on FIVE different computers, and this is what i get, i am starting to shun the internet, can someone help me please

First, go to ATS, not BTS.

Open your MemCenter and upload the avatar you want to the member upload space. Copy the url after the upload and return to the main MemCenter page.

Highlight the box that says Avatar URL and paste the new one into the box.

TA-DA......
All done.
