I am curious how many people have had dreams like these? Or if anyone can tell me what they think about them.

Oddly, the first one I had when I was only 6 years old. The song, "Heaven" from Warrant was playing on the radio, and it has nothing to do with what I dreamed, only that it was background music.

I dreamed that my neighborhood was covered in military people. Soldiers had long long lines of people chained together walking down the road. Overhead helicopters flew by in hectic patterns. People were crying and screaming everywhere. The dream impacted me mostly because this older girl I had a huge crush on was in the lines. She was covered in dirt, and I remember her looking over at me and crying. I was hiding behind the corner of my house.

I think it's important to point out that I wasn't allowed to watch violent movies at this age, had no conception of concentration camps, and again.. the song wasn't even talking about war. So being 6 years old and dreaming this.. is pretty interesting. I have thought about it many times over the years, but when I had the other dream yesterday, it sent chills up my spine. Was I seeing something that is coming to pass?

The dream I had yesterday was this:

I was in a bar with a lot of friends. We were just having a good time when we heard this scream. For some reason, there was a back room to the bar and we all went in there. Another guy and myself pulled back some blinds and there were tons of guys in what looked like swat/riot gear. They were moving in towards the bar with semi automatic rifles. This woman came running out of the bar as if she was trying to give up for some reason? I didn't understand her motive. This tan and white older model Chevy Suburban came flying around the corner. There were several guys in it, and 3 of them were leaning out of the windows with their guns aimed at the woman. They went out of sight as she was fleeing from them. Then we heard a bunch of gunfire. Then, just a few minutes later we saw the swat type guys drag this man out in the open and they were beating him without mercy.

Everyone was screaming, and even though no one said it, I had the strong feeling that either martial law had suddenly been declared, or we had somehow been deemed as terrorists. But they weren't being picky about who they beat/shot.

The odd thing was that this bald headed girl walked up to the blind and said, "You shouldn't look out the blinds. Stop staring. They will see you" And it freaked us out so bad that we shut the blinds. Then I woke up.

So what do you all think? The dream yesterday could be due to reading a lot on ATS. lol But the one when I was 6 was most certainly not. Given that was back in 1985. lol

Anyway.. your thoughts, if you please....

Have you done anything to feel guilty about? That could be the link to your childhood dream. Are you still a naughty boy?

Sounds like people around you are getting "caught" for something......except you, but you know there's trouble brewing!

So far you seem to be one of the ones who've gotten away without incident but hey....it's YOUR dream, not theirs right?

I'd start to worry if it's you being chased by a car full of gunmen or attacked by swat teams.

Next time....wear your bullet proof pants and hide under the bar.

I've had tons of dreams like this. I'll try and get back to you later though. I need to get some sleep.

Hi, thanks for your reply. The first dream had nothing to do with guilt. In fact, I don't even really think I knew what guilt was, to be honest. And I certainly wasn't getting into any trouble a normal 5 or 6 year old doesn't do. lol

As for the recent dream, I don't break any laws. And I don't fear people around me getting in trouble. And especially for anything I've done.

I can't explain the first dream. I was too young to understand the concept of a military driven government, or anything else that is spoke of often on ATS. I was only a child. The second dream, like I said, could be related to how much time I have spent studying the government and martial law, etc.

I hope some other people speak up and let me know what they think, or if they have dreamed things like this...

Actually when i was young in year 5 or something i dreamed that all my friends were being hanged in the school playground
I couldnt get to sleep for ages after that
