Glad it worked!!
You can leave it that way, just make sure you keep note of having DNS servers that aren't auto assigned. They should work fine, but if you run into
a similar issue in the future, try setting the server selection back to auto.
It would have totally sucked to have you reformat your computer and still have the problem though. It is an ISP thing, and not your machine.
Puzzling that another laptop on the same network didn't have the problem though.
