My apologies for not contacting you sooner. I was out of town for two weeks. Please see your u2u's. (I actually sent it before reading this post of yours)

Get those submissions in guys.

I think it's a coin toss right now because what has been entered is all equally amazing.

There will be an overall winner for sure, but the judges may be asked to pick out a few others for some points as well.

You guys are pretty talented based on what I've seen so far. I never cease to be amazed.

Thanks for being patient guys. Due to the lack of submissions, we've adjusted things a little bit and we're going to have one overall winner but dish out a few points to everyone who took the time to participate.

This competition is probably the least successful we've had with regards to the number of submissions, but I am sincere when I say that it is easily the highest quality work we've seen from our members. We only had a handful of entries, but the quality of each entry was remarkable.

So thank you to everyone.

The overall winner of the competition as voted by our judges is Regenmacher for his "Sheople" entry.

Regenmacher will be issued 10,000 BTS Points for his efforts.

To make sure nobody goes home empty handed, each entry for this competition will also come with an added bonus of 5,000 BTS Points.

So thank you for your efforts.

There could be several factors why we didn't have too many entries. Summers are usually slower based on my experience as admin over at freakingnews.com. Usually you get more entries if you supply the source image, since it makes it easier on the artist. Finally, such a long time span to enter can put some people off, cause they want to have more of an instant gratification and kudos sort of deal.

Thanks all for participating and there was some real nice quality entries this time too
