Looking back the other day it gave me a very strange feeling. I wonder how many people still play, or if the servers are even up still. It just seems
strange, all those long hours spent in a world that now is an endless emptiness, yet can still be ventured within in ultimate aloneness. Although
there are memories of communion and enticing exploration that run with me and others I played with.
Ah… I remember those days, I’d go over to my friend’s house and we’d play until the early hours of the morning whilst consuming junk food. I
was pretty young too (started playing in 2001 or something), and never did like fighting at night for some reason.
Apparently this is the first trailer…
Hmm… what was my character, a level 14, 20, I don’t remember. Never got very far in the game really since I liked exploring more than anything.
Although I remember a bunch of people once in this big dungeon chamber, they were all against one side of the wall, and were way higher level than me.
They were waiting for the giants to spawn so they could kill them, what they called grinding. I think I was there so they could quickly level me,
hehe. I once had a dream about that experience where I was in that stone dungeon and it was dark and there were lots of giants in
droves
running past me. I was trying to hide.
Now there’s other mmorpgs, like World of Warcraft…
Anyone remember?
