iSPY - BMW M1 Concept

BMW M1 is by many what is the pinnacle of the BMW's M division, the most extreme of cars from the german automaker.
Competing in loads of races this car was originaly to be built by Lamborghini, but due to financial dificulties they had to pull out.
A total number of bellow 500 makes this car quite exotic to this date, and to homage it's 30 year old car they have come up with this.

The last time they made an M1 was 1978-1981 !

Year 1978 - 1981
Engine 3.5 litre 6 cylinder
Transmission 5-speed, manual
Max speed 161 mph
0-60 mph 5.8 seconds
Horsepower 277 bhp @ 6500 rpm
weight 1303 kg

Last time they put a mid-engine V6 in it. Wonder what the specs will be on the new M1 ?
