Hong Kong Phooey vs Underdog

If a fight broke out between Underdog and Hong Kong Phooey won would win?

Hong Kong Phooey
Janitor and supposedly a master of kung fu and other
martial arts (with side kick cat Spot).

Underdog
Shown to have powers similar to Superman, including those of
flight, super strength, and invulnerability to conventional weapons.

I think Hong Kong Phooey could put up a pretty good fight
but ultimately would lose in the end.

I think Underdog would win. Hong Kong Phooey would have a really tough time trying to do damage to Underdog, let alone defeat him.

I would bribe both mutts with a Snausage! That way, I would be able to rule the world, bribing two superpowered dogs.

Underdog has a serious disadvantage!!!! C'mon. Think about it! When was the last time you saw a phone booth? Underdog would be looking for a phone booth, while Sweet Polly Pure Bread would be on his mind.

Hong kong phooy would lose, he only wins by default if my memory serves me right.
