I use cream cheese in my alfredo recipe as well. Have you posted your recipe
on ATS? I don't make mine often as it's extremely fattening!!!

No, I have'nt posted any recipes!
I usually go by tasting things, as I cook!
I really never measure the ingredients...lol

I make it once in a blue moon!

lmao I do make him eat the new or "mistake" meals!!!

I think there was only one time where I couldn't
even stomache the meal so I agreed we could toss it!!

A friend made this for a superbowl party, she made it in a slow cooker, it was so good, so I got the recipe from her, for our house warming party, it's very good, and you can dip celery sticks in it too.

You can substitute 2 cans of shredded chicken, the slow cooker keeps the mix hot, just stir every once and a while, it can be frozen too if you have a lot left over, snack time is taken care of if you get the munchies. It also goes very well for these times>
