Oh man, someone's gotta email that to R*.

Nah, I found it on uncyclopeida, which has a bunch of articles on fictional GTA games like Antarctica, Tatooine, Vatican City Stories, and many others.

I have noticed no blur whatsoever. Sounds like fanboyism to me.

To the dude that made the console kiddies comment, clearly you're not a married man. When you get married your PC gaming days pretty much come to a screeching halt as the wifey doesn't appreciate sitting in the family office while you're hunched over a PC monitor playing a game. At least in my experience, my wife is pretty cool with relaxing on the couch reading a book while I play my games because she doesn't feel shut out or alone like she does when I fire up a PC game.

Of course alot of what I just typed could be called crap since I owned a huge collection of consoles & console games long before I even met her. What can I say? I like the feel of a control pad and being able to eat while I play without worrying about crumbs in a keyboard.
