I understand we do need to pray for patience among other things... This does help don't get me wrong, but remember we are sheep amongst the wolves my
friend... You can either pray and stray or you can decide to be a ram. There are times in this world when you do need to speak out or stand up for
yourself... Maybe try to find other ways to relieve your stress... For example every time you cuss do 10 push ups.. or 1, or however many you can
