Because LeopardSeal said they were 'electric' things, I don't think they're floaters.
LeopardSeal I know exactly what you're talking about, I have the same 'issue' myself and the sky or bright white sheets of paper, bright white
walls, that sort of thing makes them easy to see.
They're not the same as floaters (got those too!) which look like cells floating around slowly in your eye.
I'd love to know if you end up finding an explanation for this, I'd often wondered if it's something to worry about but I've never brought it up
with a doctor or anything.
