The thing I wonder about is, if a 16 year old kisses a 13 year old or 18 & 13 y/o it isn't quite the same as the example they listed of a 62 year old
and a 10 year old.
It's funny how your an adult at 16 if you commit a crime, but you don't get the rights of an adult until your 21. I wonder what the standard for
adulthood will be with this law. I don't think an 18 year old should go through life with a sex offender record for french kissing a 13 rear old. Do
