Monster host is by far the most attractive deal I've seen looking around. It's cheap (I was looking at 7 bucks a month for the cheapest, and it
would have been enough to support several forums as was my plan along with other experimental web apps that I was tinkering with) and the features
look impressive. I will admit that I ended up not going with them (or anyone else, it was a matter of not having time) but it sure looked good.
Search for some reviews, and try to find some unbiased ones.
