9/11 case pilot can claim damages

news.bbc.co.uk

How many others have been wrongly accused and held against their will?

How many others have had friends and family spit on them due to a corrupt system that has it's eyes on bigger pieces of pie?

How much is it going to finally cost the tax payer to pay off these wrongly accused?

How many of them are going to be able to prove they were wrongly accused/arrested?

How many have already died or been tortutred into a mindless rag doll?

I dread to think.

Hi there. Just out of curiosity, why didn't you post this story in Above Top Secret?

Here is another report to review.

business.timesonline.co.uk...

These were the grounds of which he was arrested.

Mr Raissi, they said, was the “lead instructor” for the hijackers. The courts were told there was evidence that he falsified flight logs to hide the fact he trained Hanjour. Videotape had been found of Hanjour and Mr Raissi together. A notebook said to belong to Abu Doha, a major terrorist suspect, that had been found in London contained Mr Raissi’s phone number.

All these allegations proved completely false and unfounded.

Here are some related Abovetopsecret threads...

Okay just did a search and found only individual posts pertaining to this topic. I'll try and get some back round context into this important discussion.

www.guardian.co.uk...

Prosecutor Arvinda Sambir gave a list of devastating charges which put him at the heart of the terror plot. She claimed he was the lead instructor for four of the hijackers, including the man who seized the controls of American Airlines Flight 77 from Washington to Los Angeles and skillfully steered it into the Pentagon.

And who is Prosecutor Arvinda Sambir to give any damning evidence on anyone? Well I just searched through 11 pages of google results and only found articles about the Raissi trials. Does this man/woman really exist?

Oh yea that link where I got the quote has a decent report from 9/30/2001 about what hapopened with Raissi.

Enjoy.
