i'm 26 so "old" to me may be different than "old" is to others. i used to watch a lot of nick at night when i was younger though. =)
not comprehensive and in no specific order:
get smart
mission impossible (old series, but the one from the 80's wasn't terrible)
dragnet
pretty much any flavor of star trek, partial to TNG
quantum leap

Wow lots of good shows here. I can't think of any that haven't been named. Really. I loved ALF haven' thought of that for ages. Too many.
Here is a question, has anyone seen the cartoon "Banana Man"?
www.youtube.com...
No one ever remembers seeing that that I talk to.
How about C.O.P.S.?

Hi again/
I just remembered another Tv series.....it was about about a guy(he was a judge) on a motor bike who wore a black leather jacket and caught the bad
guys at night, having the proof to sentence them during the day?
........
And another I quite can't remember was called 'Little Hobbo'? a guy and a dog?
I don't remember a cartoon about a 'banana'....
wouldn't it get squashed?
cartoons..The Flintstones,The Jetsons, the Porky pig show, Bugs bunny......
and Atom ant!
Tv series?
The Three Stooges....another favourite.
oh, and 'My Favourite Martian'.......that was good.
'Mork and Mindy'...
There was also a tv Series called Tales of the darkside?
that's too much tv!

When I was little I loved "Tour of Duty." Not sure how a little girl would get into that, but it was one of my childhood favorites. That, and
"Bosom Buddies."

Mystery Science Theater 3000. This show is about 3 people (well, one person and two robots) stuck on a spaceship, forced to watch crummy movies.
It's basically 3 people heckling bad movies. Simple, but HILLARIOUS!

Quantum Leap is definitely one of my faves as well. But for old, old TV series, I'll pick original Star Trek.

Couldn't agree more with the WWF shows. Gorrila and the Brain were classic.
My all time favorite was: Fernwood Tonight with Martin Mull and Jerry Willard
