Good Morning!

I got another subject for debate from this thread

The title would be:


Company Policies vs Self Defence


Wadda ya thinks?

I would be more than happy to do a secondary debate with anyone at this point! If any one is interested let me know.

I guess I'm the slowest debater here...

I take on average, 2 to 3 hours to compile, formulate and post a response in most debates.

Granted I have done it faster, but usually that is about average for me...

Long is not necessary. Sometimes it can actually bite you. Making your point is one aspect of debate, another is to give your opponent little to counter against.

I don't think speed is important either. I'll read what my opponents..... nope, not giving away any secrets.

I like to take my time...I read the post or absorb the topic. Then I look for sources...I usually have many and the ones I pick to begin with rarely get used. I then take a break. Then I start writing. This is where the majority of my post gets written. I then take a longer break...usually sleep, as it is night at this point.

I edit in the morning and post.

But I can do it quicker. I'm with semper on this one...I like to take my time. I have lost rapid fire debates before...*cough* Holiday Skirmish *cough*




And if you think those are secrets....well, pick it up and run with it...

I take about that per post semp, your not alone. I actually post similar to what MS does, except for the sleep part. Once I start a post, I usually have to finish it. That sometimes means really late nights. Especially if the post has gone in a direction I wasn't expecting and I have new evidence to submit.
