4 MILLIONTH Post Countdown - Predictions Anyone?

I had considered that option, but I could very likely be wrong on occasion, as it's been known to happen. I still think we could give it a go. It would also allow us one more way to give kudos to a great post. We can give our points to someone equally deserving of them, if we see them make a good point.

Looks like my february 14th estimate isn't so far off after all.

Less than 200K posts, that will only take a few weeks now. This place is really busy on the weekends as well so expect a few thousand posts today and tomorrow.

I have to disagree with feb. 14th, if it happened that fast, we'd have been there already. considering by your estimate we'd have 1 million posts in 4 months this sites been up alot longer then that on a degree of 1 mil posts every 4 months.

This puts us one more post closer to 4,000,000.

I worked my guess from the Stats page and did a little math.
The current figures are:

New posts: Past 24 hours: 3,510
New posts: Past 7 days: 23,248
New posts: Past 30 days: 88,983
New posts: Past Year: 1,012,012

I still want an ATS Bookmaker that can hold points in a pool, I think it would attract a lot of attention and not break gambling laws in any jurisdiction.

I think it used to be at the top of each post but I don't see that anymore.

Actually, posts go down on the weekends.More posts are made Monday to Friday.

Ok I think I got everyone, I had to do this because of a sheer competative urge... I know I'm right... And now there are prizes up for grabs!!!

Also I used to be a croupier (and although I would never gamble with money, it's a real mugs game) I still like to beat the odds, and sometimes play Mah Jong to see who pays for dinner!!

Also there are a few peeps with the same days, I guess, seen as we didn't have any rules, that they are allowed to stand, just have to split the points, no biggie, as it's just for fun.

Oh and Minnie gets two guesses cos she's a sweetie, but no-one else is allowed!! HA!!
