I was just wondering if there's anything i should do or worry about since i got sauce in my eyes. It's kind of stings, but the effect has gone down
a lot in the 20min since then.

It will probably be ok. I think most sauces are acidic and those can be diluted in water. Your tears are primarily water, which is why the Ph level
of the acid is decreasing and your eyeballs do not feel as bad now. It will help to give it a wash with saline or just regular water, but you most
likely be fine in the morning and ready to read more ATS, don't ya think?
