body'
A beer after playing a game of football, a long run, or a strenuous round of golf can be good for the body, scientists say.
In a rare piece of good news for those who like a pint, Spanish researchers say beer can help someone who is dehydrated retain liquid better than
water.
Prof Manuel Garzon, of Granada University, also claimed the bubbles in beer help to quench the thirst and that its carbohydrate content can help to
replace lost calories.
Finally, some health news that's fun too!
"I'm off to the pub dear, what?"
"Why, to work-out, of course!"
"Don't wait up, I'm in training for the marathon!"

OH YEAH!!!
How about before, during, and after.
|
Im not sure if i believe that. Beer actually dehydrates me. Ill wake up in the middle of the night and drink a whole bottle of water. But then
again, I am drinking a whole case!
|
If If I drink two beers before bed , I am getting up 2-3 or 4 times going to pee, so what I got to do then is have 8-12 to combat the wake-up
response, but boy, in the morning, the reserve is full!
I find beer to be a diuretic, but just the same, A beer is awesome chugged hard when you are dry, dusty and pasty in the mouth.
Replenish carbs, yes, hydration? Debatable IMO.
PS, is it just me or is writing posts on some sort of delay? Every letter takes about 5 seconds to appear. It's just with ATS I think, another forum
works fine with no lag.

I think after is the key here, just ask Bode Miller.
