I need help with a Halloween themed avatar

Chissler's always been gracious with his time as far as helping me with my avatar, but I feel bad asking him all the time, so I figured I'd ask for help from anybody with some free time on their hands and some avatar skills because I don't have the software or the knowhow.

I wanna take this picture of Michael Myers' head and neck and have it flash in and out over DeNiro's head in a .gif every few seconds or so. It might have to be rotated and darkened to fit smoothly over DeNiro's head.
