The Fifth of November?

Don't overthink it. There's a webcast on 11/05 featuring the 3 Amigos (and at least one farm animal) launching some new stuff surrounding The Above Network. The "V" tie-in is the date.

Comedian? Dan Aykroyd would be cool, if you'd consider him a comedian as opposed to an actor who happens to play in a lot of comedies. He's definitely hip to the theme(s) and is as sharp as they come. Just speculating on the Aykroyd participation.

Of course, I could be wrong about any and everything...

The 5th of November is a very important day, which sadly not many know the meaning of. Yeah Guy Fawkes tried to blow up Parliment, you may know that, but the idea behind it, is a very noble one.

The idea was that no matter what, the Government won't have total control over their people, but to remind the Government that the people will always have control over them, and that that should never be forgotten.

The film V for Vendetta was amazing, and it couldn't have came out at a better time, if you study it close enough, you realise the ideaology behind it, and it kind of speaks out against our present Government. To remind us that we still control the country. (Or maybe that's just me reading too much into the film ). Anyway, if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it, it's definately one for the movie collection.

I really cant wait for the 5th, I always celebrate it, usualy by watching V for Vendetta and other stuff with the same theme.

And on a side note, why is everyone bowing down to B, rules one and two.

Is it just me, or does the image that loads when we click the link at the top of the screen change every day? I seem to be seeing it clearing up, and turning counter-clockwise. Anyone else seeing this too?

Yeah, it is getting clearer but still don't fully know wtf is going on

We are still 5 weeks away from 5th Novemeber so why the sudden outburst of activity for 24 hours and then nothing and still we don't know exactly what's happening.

More to come maybe or am I just reading too much into things?

As of this post, the image looks the same, I compared it with a capture from a couple of days ago and they look the same, no rotation or clearing.

Could it be an optical illusion?

If you highlight the page, the box that comes up gray is getting bigger. That's all I've got though.

OK I get it now.

On Nov. 5, some of the aliens on the moon will suck our minds out through our eyes while logged in to ATS and we will be stuck in a matrix-style battery.

But that's the GOOD news. Those of us in the battery/storage device will survive and be set free upon the earth after the giant, bloated asterisk mother ship cleans up the environment and re-seeds it with life for us.

The members of ATS are the chosen ones. All else shall be fodder for the worms.
