It doesn't help that every 8 year old child knows the symptoms of a heart attack, ie; chest pain, nausea, sweating, shortness of breath, FOR A MAN!
For a woman, the symptoms of a heart attack are usually...are you ready?...fatigue! No wonder women are dropping like flies. We're always tired.
We learn to ignore fatigue and carry on. How many women have said, "I'm really tired, I think I'll go lie down", and their loved ones think twice
about it? Probably not all that often.

To add to this, I heard somewhere that black women are particularly susceptible to heart attacks due to genetics. Just an extra warning.
