'Pauls Law Of Conspiracy'.

From deep analysis of the enigmatic universe we inhabit I have discovered a new law. It will be named "Pauls Law Of Conspiracy".

The law states:

As a conspiracy ages, the probability of involvement of aliens approaches one.

I have read this exact quote somewhere recently. I wish I could remember where. Have you ever posted this anywhere else before? Are you claiming this is your invention?

I am claiming that this law is mine. I have just thought of it and never read it elsewhere.
