first few days the pricks are telling me i need to get a statment from the police (lost property report) for the phone
police say they do that anymore as its no a crime (dhhh)
i tell them on the phone (02 people) they send me back
the police give me a print out of the new proceedures and name and teliphone number
now the pricks at 02 want me to fax them the letter and claims form
after 4 freaking days
then i have to wait 48 hours for it to be processed
and then 3 days to get a phone if my claim is accepted
for crying out loud its insured as soon as i leave the phone shop yet they mess around so much
