This is so sick. He had been raping this child for two years. Then she gets pregnant and has to have a Caesarean section. Not only will she have the emotional scars she will also have the physical scars for the rest of her life. Sick Jerk!!!

That is sick. What a wonderful world we live in.

Well hopefully someone will be attempting to impregnate him very shortly.
Some sick people out there. If someone can't find someone over the age of 18 to copulate with then just give it up and enter a monestary...don't go taking it out on a powerless child.

Ok, here's my question. How the hell do the parents not know their daughter is that far along in her pregnancy? I cannot imagine being unable to notice that my daughter is sexually active, either by choice or by force but I am fairly sure I would notice a pregnancy and I know my wife would.

He should be shot imo.

Has there ever been a pedophile cured? Ever? I havent heard of it. They just serve their weak sentences and just as soon as theyre out theyre raping, molesting or stalking some other child.

He esentially ruined any chance this girl had for a normal life. Thats life imprisonment IMO.

It's no secret here on ATS how I feel about this type of scumbag. I find it an insult that he's allowed to breath the same air as myself. This monster and all of the other wastes of skin like him should be put to death.

Only 25 years? Gee...what a (bleep) surprise, not. This poor little girl was raped repeatedly over the past two years, is impregnated, scarred in all manner of ways that no child should be, and the perpertrator of this crime gets 25 years. Not even the maximum sentence, as I understand it. What the hell was this hairball thinking?

Judge Gary Hill, should you be reading this, you may have followed the letter of the law in your sentencing, but you certainly didn't promote anything that even vaguely resembles justice. You, sir, are a moral coward of the highest order. My vocabulary cannot do justice to my feeling of utter and complete contempt for you, cur.

It's always been my understanding that sentencing guidelines are merely that...guidelines. Nothing written in stone...that's why they call it setting presidence. As I said above, You sir, are a moral coward of the highest order. Try sentencing one of these subhuman monsters to death, see what happens...maybe, just maybe, a higher court supports your ruling. But I guess it was easier on your concience not to do that. Will you tell that to the little girl in 6 or 7 years when this human flotsam is paroled? How will you feel, cur, when this dispicable animal does this again, and again, and again. Hmmm?

Why oh why do we let scum like this live? We really need to crack down on these sick people fast and hard. This poor girl will be riding to school in the same school bus as her own daughter. Just think about that. Her daughter will be 20 when she is only 30 years old. That is a life sentence for this girl.

You know, when I worked for the penitentiary, we had a saying. The lowest of the low are child molesters and rapists. Everyone talks about murderers being scum, but murder can be justified. Molestation and rape, no matter how you spin it, cannot be justified. It can't.

Why don't we lock them up with the murderers? Let nature take it's inevitable course? Oh yeah, I forgot about the rights of predators.

i would love to post waht im thinking but the words that im thinking of are so ofence that i think i would get a life ban form here so ill just say, i really hope some one kills him, in a very painful way.

Get this the girls mother didn't even know she was pregnat. The Schools guidance counselor is the one who found out.

I feel so sorry for this child. What she will have to go through for the rest of her life.

Physical and mental scars FOREVER!! Stretch marks on her little body a scar from the C-section.

I more than hope he gets what he deserves in prison.

We can only hope that this girl gets all the love and support she'll need. Pray for the daughter, as well. I'm guessing the child was put up for adoption? I hope so...obviously a ten year old cannot, and should not, be expected to care for the child. That little girl needs to be as far away from this as is humanly possible. Nor should they ever meet, why open old wounds...

Just a quick question. How the hell did the parents not notice the child was 8 months pregnant? In my experiance...when a woman is that far along its fairly obvious, much less a ten year old girl. Willful blindness? Not wanting to see what was in front of them? Never mind...who would think such things are possible when it involves a ten year old, or rather, a nine year old.

As for getting what he deserves in prison, it's my understanding, from both my sister, and her colleagues, that attitudes towards child molesters and rapists in prison has undergone a dramatic change. They aren't the lowest of the low anymore, or at least not like they once were.

Yes, the news article did say, the child has since been put up for adoption.

People like this make me sick...that girl's life will never be the same. She'll never live a normal life because of this...

You see, this gets back to what I say about parents in today's society. How in the hell can you not know a ten year old girl is pregnant?? How it is that is even #ing humanly possible,not to know that your pre-adolescent child is pregnant,is beyond me. Damn!!
