I've learned so much about grilling from Rob Rainford it's insane. The show is a can't miss. He's the king of marinades. I love the way he cooks
with such a zest.

I watch that every now and then.
Made one of his dry rubs, for ribs. and they turned out awesome.
I used the basic recipe, and made two versions, one a little hotter than the other.
ALthough I'm not sure I could afford his "baggie budget"
He uses a lot of baggies for marinating!
Guess I could wash them out and re use them.
I need to invent a baggie washer.

Yeah the dude goes through quite a few of those big Zip-locs. He's got me doing it now. Sure makes marinating easy though.
