great race yesterday. gotta love slow speed, high contact racing. my driver came in 20 something. he got a lap down early and never recovered. unfortunately gordon won but as my saying goes if kenseth cant win, anyone but earnhardt jr. nascar is off next week for easter kind of makes for a boring weekend with no racing but i guess they need a day off too.

Isnt Nascar racing about speed, so why are they racing low speed? and how do they judge the speed limit and things like that?

don't get me wrong. on the "slow" tracks they still go over 150 mph going into the turns. they ran a 1/2 mile track at an average speed of 90 mph. it's just not the 190 they hit at the bigger tracks. as to how they determine speed limits on pit road? your guess is as good as mine.
